The Christmas break is over, and it’s finally January 2019. You better call the doctor because you might be coming down with a case of the ‘January Blues’. In what is said to be the most depressing week of the year, how are you coping with the transition between the Christmas festivities and having to get back to the reality of your normal day-to-day life?

Just one short week ago we were welcoming in 2019 and now, we have a whole new year to look forward to!

How’s the new year going for you so far? According to research, there are just 4 more days until ‘Quitters Day’. This is the day when people are most likely to give up on their New Year’s resolutions. Not exactly promising news is it, especially when you realise that you have actually only just spent a total of 288 hours out of a possible 8760 completing a task that you were initially so determined to follow through with. But don’t despair, you can do it.

So, what were your resolutions for the new year?

If you haven’t already considered what your resolution/s could be, according to www.statista.com the most common resolutions for 2018 were: 1) Eating healthier; 2) Exercising more; and 3) Saving more money.

So why not look to these resolutions for some inspiration? More importantly, do you think you could keep your resolution all year round this time, or will you be part of the many that quit?
