Millwall have postponed plans to return to their training ground until April 3 at the earliest due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Lions were due to return to their Bromley training ground today, Monday, but have taking the precaution to delay that until next month.

With all professional football suspended until April 30, Gary Rowett’s men will be given their own fitness schedules to conduct at home.

Millwall, who are in the chase for a play-off spot, have already seen games with Derby, Barnsley and Swansea postponed, while the upcoming fixtures with Charlton, Middlesbrough, Hull, Blackburn and QPR were all scheduled to take place before April 30.

The Premier League and the English Football League announced last week that the season will be concluded however, meaning the current season may run into June.
