England Sevens international Charlie Amesbury will captain the Harlequins squad that will compete in the Middlesex Sevens at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday.
He is joined in the team by summer signings Phil Davies and James Percival.
Harlequins rugby league players Zeb Luisi and Tony Clubb are also in the 11-man squad, along with scrum half Ben Willis who played for Quins during the 2003-04 season.
Matt Rhodes from the Army will be making a guest appearance, whilst the rest of the team consists of academy players George Robson, Micky Pointing, Jean Baptiste and Ryan Manika.
