Hampton & Richmond Borough boss Alan Dowson coul dhand new signing Harold Odametey his debut at Bishop's Stortford when the Beavers kick off their National League South campaign next month.

Dowson signed up the 23-year-old midfielder from former club and ex-Ryman Premier League rivals Kingstonian last week as the Beavers boss bvids for a second successive promotion at the Beveree next term.

Odametey, who started his career at Walton & Hersham before spending time with Carshalton Athletic and Harrow Borough, made 48 appearances for Ks last term and caught the eye with a series of energetic displays.

"I have been watching him for a long time so I am extremely delighted to get him to join us,” said his new boss.

Hampton open the forthcoming campaign with a trip to Bishop's Stortford on the first day of the season, before entertaining Eastbourne Borough the following Tuesda..

Hemel Hempstead Town are the hosts on Boxing Day before the return fixture on New Years Day, while the season closes on April 29 with the visit of Concord Rangers.
