An iconic singer is set to reunite with two former boyband members for a special show.
Irish singer Ronan Keating will join forces with ex-Boyzone members Keith Duffy and Shane Lynch for a nostalgic New Year’s Eve special on the BBC.
The show, titled Ronan & Friends: A New Year's Eve Party, promises a night bursting with music and guest appearances from popular artists.
The 48-year-old, renowned for Boyzone classics like Love Me For A Reason, Words, and No Matter What, will also share the stage with a slew of musical talent.
Pop fans will be in for a treat with appearances from former Eternal singer Louise Redknapp, known for her hits Naked and Arms Around the World.
Singer-songwriter Calum Scott, celebrated for his ballad You Are The Reason, is also set to perform on the night.
Adding some "theatrical flair" to the proceedings will be former EastEnders star Shona McGarty, fresh from her successful stint on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, where she clinched third place.
The Boyzone reunion comes just months ahead of a planned one-off stadium concert by the full band, marking their first performance together since their stint at the London Palladium in 2019.
The 90s quintet, which first formed in 1993, boasted six UK number-one singles and five UK number-one albums.

Its most successful line-up was composed of Keith Duffy, Mikey Graham, Ronan Keating, Shane Lynch and the late Stephen Gately.
Following a split in 2000 to pursue solo ventures, the band reunited in 2007.
Keating’s solo career also topped the charts with singles including When You Say Nothing At All and Life Is A Rollercoaster.
Ronan & Friends: A New Year’s Eve Party will broadcast on December 31 on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
The show will feature the broadcast of London’s firework display, followed by more performances and celebrations to see in 2026.
