Netflix will be releasing 23 new Christmas-themed films and TV shows this season. 

One of the new festive treats includes the third film in The Princess Switch franchise named The Princess Switch: Romancing the Star.

The newest film fronted by Vanessa Hudgens sees her play three characters who team up to retrieve a stolen relic from the palace.

It will be available to watch on the streaming service on November 18.

There will also be a family-friendly movie to put you in the Christmas spirit titled A Boy Called Christmas.

The film follows an ordinary boy on an amazing adventure, and features a stellar cast, with Maggie Smith, Kristen Wiig, Toby Jones, and Sally Hawkins.

It will land on the streaming service on November 24.

The awarded winning studio behind Wallace & Gromit, Aardman will also be releasing a new festive stop motion, Robin Robin, featuring voices from Gillian Anderson and Richard E.Grant and will be available soon.

For festive TV shows, Queer Eye's Bobby Berk will be hosting a new interior design competition show, Blown Away: Christmas in which people will compete to win a prize of $10,000.  

There will also be a teen show, Elves, appearing on screens, which sees a Christmas vacation turn into a nightmare when a family discovers an ancient menace stalking the Island.
