Beauty: Nargis Javany was a pupil at Waldegrave School for Girls
An 18-year-old from Teddington has made it to the finals of the Miss Asian Model competition.
Nargis Javany, a former pupil at Waldegrave School for Girls, will compete against entrants from across the country for the title and a place in the coveted Miss England grand final.
Miss Javany, of Walpole Road, Teddington, will head to the event in Moorgate, London, on Saturday, May 19.
She faces an interview with a panel of judges and will take part in three catwalk rounds. Finalists will raise money for the Beauty with a Purpose charity.
