Over the next year, Harrow Council will be opening to the public 15 buildings across their parks by awarding leases to business and services through an application process.

Your proposal should:
- Be durable, sustainable and financially viable in the medium and longer term
- Maximise opening hours and local user engagement
- Promote good mental and physical wellbeing
- Activate the building for wider community benefits
- Provide a sense of identity, ownership and pride to reduce levels of antisocial behaviour
- Demonstrate its commitment to diversity, sustainability, accessibility and inclusion.

These buildings could bring communities together to relax in a café, work hard in a fitness class, share stories in a creative forum, or introduce their pets to each other in a dog parlour.
This is a chance to help restore pride and purpose to Harrow’s buildings nestled within some of their green spaces.
Deadline for Expression of Interests for the buildings in Round Three is Monday, July 13, midnight.
