A person has been hit by a train near Shepherd’s Bush, causing major disruption at London Euston station.
All lines between Euston and Watford Junction closed shortly before 12.45pm this afternoon (September 26).
Trains running between these stations may be cancelled, severely delayed by up to 90 minutes or revised.
Avanti West Coast services to Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh are affected, along with London Northwestern Railway services to Milton Keynes, Birmingham and Crewe.
Transport for London has also been impacted with no Overground trains currently running between Euston and Watford Junction, and no Southern trains between East Croydon and Watford Junction.
Major disruption is expected until the end of the day.

A spokesperson for Southern Rail said: “It is with great sadness that we report a person has been hit by a train between Shepherd's Bush and Watford Junction.
“All lines are currently blocked between these stations whilst the emergency services work to deal with this incident.”
A spokesperson for National Rail said: “The emergency services are dealing with an incident between London Euston / Shepherds Bush and Watford Junction.
“To allow them to safely carry out their work, some lines are currently closed.
“Trains running between these stations may be cancelled, severely delayed by up to 90 minutes or revised.
“Major disruption is expected until the end of the day.”
