A major road outside a busy train station in London has been cordoned off by police after a fatal stabbing.
Officers were called to reports of a fight in Edgware Road at the junction with Bell Street at 10.40pm yesterday (June 4).
A man in his 20s was found injured with knife wounds and he was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after.
Police believe they know who he is and are working to inform his next of kin.
It was also reported that at least one gunshot had been fired during the fight.
Three men were arrested in connection with the incident and they remain in custody at London police stations.
Edgware Road can be seen cordoned off by police in pictures as the incident is being investigated.
Several police officers and multiple police vehicles can also be seen by the cordon.
A number of crime scenes are in place and urgent police enquiries into the circumstances continue.
