Eccentric former boxing champion Chris Eubank was hit with a six-month driving ban by Richmond Magistrates' Court this week.
The 41-year-old ex-World Boxing Organisation super middleweight title holder was absent from court but his lawyer attended to hear charges of Eubank having driven his distinctive Peterbilt Goods Artic, with telltale registration plate CHR111S on a restricted 30mph road in Knightsbridge on September 8 last year, at 53mph.
Eubank, who appeared in an advert for Post Office car insurance earlier this year, was also found not to have valid insurance for his vehicle.
In addition to his six-month ban, Eubank was ordered to pay a fine of £200.
