A van has been seized in Richmond after a man was caught driving whilst disqualified.
Officers spotted an unauthorised van in Richmond Park.
Police say the driver failed to see officers as he was using his mobile phone.
A stop and check revealed that the van also had no insurance.

Royal parks police said: “Whilst on patrol in #RichmondPark officers spotted this van which was not authorised.
“The driver failed to see us as he was using his mobile phone.
