KATE Price is set to leave her "mucky mansion" and move into a new £800,000 home out of the county.

The former model and her partner Carl Woods are currently having the infamous Sussex home renovated amid hopes she can move back into it.

But, while the work is carried out, it appears fiancé Carl has found somewhere new for the couple, along with Katie's children.

According to reports, Carl has already put an offer in to buy a five-bedroom home in Great Bardfield after putting his £450,000 home in Essex up for sale.

A source told The Sun: "Carl is buying the house with a view to renting it out in the future, but while the work is being done on Katie's £2 million Mucky Mansion the family will be staying there.

"He's put in an offer and is hopeful it'll be accepted."

The five bedrooms house is listed on Rightmove for £800,000 and features a huge garden area.

There are two bathrooms and three reception rooms on the property that is based on a large area of land.

It also includes a gazebo that overlooks the river.

In one of the receptions, a log burning stove is set inside a stunning brick fireplace, while the kitchen has quartz work surfaces.

The master bedroom meanwhile has access to a dressing room and ensuite bathroom.

According to Rightmove, the stunning home last sold for £340,000 back in 2018 but has since been renovated.

The move comes after the couple took part in their first television interview since announcing their marriage plans, appearing on Good Morning Britain last week.

The former model, who was born in Brighton, told host Susanna Reid and Adil Ray about their romance after they met in Essex last year.

Within months of dating, the pair got engaged while on holiday in Turkey.

She also showed off her new engagement ring as fiancé Carl Woods revealed they want to try for two babies together.

The full details for the property are available on the Rightmove website.
