The 33-year-old man was charged with the rape in a car park in Richmond
Police have charged a man who allegedly raped a woman in a car park in Richmond.
On Monday, 26 April, Agnelo Cardoso, 33 from Lampton was charged with one count of rape and remanded in custody.
He is due to appear before Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, 27 April.
Police were called on Sunday, 25 April at 3:22pm to a woman who stated that she had been raped in the car park on Paradise Road.
The woman is currently being supported by specialist officers.
