As reported on the Daily Echo website yesterday, property search website Zoopla revealed a list of the most popular terms buyers used when searching for their next home.
‘Gardens’ topped the list with ‘garage’, ‘sea view’ and ‘balcony’ also being searched as people craved extra living space amid the pandemic.
Zoopla has shared details of three properties currently for sale in Bournemouth which tick boxes for people looking for extra space.
Rosemount Road, Westbourne

This five bedroom property is over 2,439 square feet on a 7,052 square feet plot.
It has three bathrooms, two reception rooms, a hot tub and access to the beach.
