A former employee at a leisure centre in Richmond has pleaded guilty to voyeurism charges.

Jedrzej Malis, who worked at Pool’s on the Park until January 2020, will be sentenced for four counts of voyeurism next week.

He also faces a charge of making indecent images of children at the Grade II listed swimming pool in Old Deer Park.

Following an investigation from the Met’s South West BCU, a spokesperson said:

He has also been charged with one count of making indecent images of children. He has not yet entered a plea for this charge.”

A spokesperson from Richmond Council, which manages the pool and leisure facility, added:

“Since the initial incident report, staff at our centres have undergone further detailed safeguarding training, along with a full review of our procedures and processes. The individual is no longer an employee of the Council.”
