The incident has caused some slow moving traffic on the road, according to google maps.
Meanwhile, a burst water main has been causing traffic on the A41 near Bushey today, with the road having been shut since at least 4am.
The closure is in place between the Hartspring roundabout by the Toby Carvery restaurant, and Sandy Lane next to McDonald’s, so also includes the A41 entrance into Costco.
It is not clear when the road will reopen.
