Two men from Welling have been arrested after being found with over 1000 canisters and a large amount of cash yesterday afternoon.
Officers were on a routine patrol at Danson park at around 4 pm, on May 23, when they searched a vehicle under the psychoactive substances act.
Both males were arrested for possession with intent to supply psychoactive substances, Nitrous oxide.
They were further arrested for money laundering under the proceeds of crime act.
As part of the investigation, police were granted powers to enter two addresses in welling and conduct a search to seize further evidence.
A spokesperson for Welling Police said: "Two males have been bailed on investigative bail owing to further enquiries.
"One of these enquires is to complete the examinations of devices that were recovered.
"Both males have strict conditions imposed which include not to enter Danson Park.
"We cannot provide any further comment whilst the criminal justice process takes place."
