A MAN allegedly approached children in a park and asked them to “go with him”.
Witnesses raised the alarm after seeing his behaviour in West Park, Bognor, yesterday.
Police were called shortly before 11.30am and quickly made an arrest.
A spokesman said: “A 27-year-old man from Bognor Regis was arrested on suspicion of attempting to take a child so as to remove them from a person having lawful control.”
The man remained in custody yesterday afternoon.
