The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in south east London has increased to 214.

According to the latest figures, released daily by the Government and Public Health England, show that as of 9am on Friday there are 1,965 confirmed cases in London.

The actual number of cases will be much more, given the lack of testing currently taking place.

Bromley has 63 confirmed cases.

Lewisham has recorded 60, Greenwich 54, and Bexley 37.

Public Health England are not disclosing specific details about individual cases.

Across the UK, there are 5,018 confirmed cases of Covid-19.

Train companies are operating a reduced service from Monday in order to provide a more reliable service for key worker "heroes" such as emergency services and healthcare professionals.
