A NEW business centre, which launched its first networking event earlier this month, is now open for use five days a week.

Park View Business Centre (PVBC), located on the Combermere Abbery Estate between Whitchurch, Nantwich, Cheshire and Shropshire, held its first networking event on Tuesday, February 4.

Managing director of the centre, Peter Beckett, is pleased to see the centre bringing people together.

Mr Beckett said: “We are thrilled with the success of our first open evening and the new Park View Café was an excellent venue in which to bring everyone together.

“We wanted a quality selection of local business people, and that’s what we got.

“The aim of the event was to engage with community organisations, professional businesses and online businesses, particularly if they might know of other companies looking to expand.

“Around 45 people joined us for the informal gathering.”

Tina Hayward, Manager of PVBC added: “Everyone enjoyed meeting each other and loved the venue and ambiance.

“Networking can be one of the most powerful activities an individual can do to develop business opportunities and it’s been a terrific start.

“The cafe is now open Monday to Friday between 11am and 2.30pm for lunches for our tenants.

“Anyone else wanting to have a nice coffee and a bite to eat, can also use the facilities as well as taking advantage of the 100 MBS broadband connection.”
