A FREE event focusing on speaking out about personal stress and championing wellbeing in the workplace is set for Bournemouth next month.

Project TALK Live will be hosted at THIS Workspace, which is in the Daily Echo building, and is part of the ongoing Project TALK initiative, created to promote benefits of a co-working community.

A spokesman for the project said: “With the rush of January bringing in potentially overwhelming lists of goals and resolutions, the urge to conform with social trends such as ‘dry January’, ‘veganuary’ and the latest gym crazes, all whilst juggling a busy life, pressure can mount, and wellbeing can be compromised.

“Society has seen a positive push on emphasising the importance of speaking out about personal stressors and why these shouldn’t be suppressed.

“Talking helps a lot and THIS Workspace wants to talk exactly about this.”

The event will feature key speakers from local charities, gyms, businesses and entrepreneurs from the wellness field. There will also be workshops, one-to-one sessions, exclusive discounts and snacks.

“THIS Workspace already places a huge importance on driving the social element of co-working space with members’ clubs, monthly socials and much more,” said the spokesman.

It is open to all.
