Police are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian was left with "life-changing injuries" after a crash at an underground car park in Epsom.
Emergency services were called to the car park in Church Street on Saturday afternoon (January 25) at around 2pm.
It is understood the driver of the car involved stopped at the scene and was spoken to by officers, but Surrey Police did not confirm any arrests were made.
A Surrey Police spokesman said: "Officers were called to an underground car park in Church Street, Epsom just before 2pm this afternoon (Saturday, 25 January) following reports of a collision between a car and a pedestrian.
"The victim has been taken to hospital with life-changing injuries. All involved were spoken to at the scene.
"We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision, have any dashcam footage or any further information to contact us on 101 quoting reference number PR/ P20019845."
