Residents are invited to 'have their say' at tonight's consultation that will look at having Controlled Parking Zones in North Kew.

Council officers from Richmond will speak to residents and businesses tonight between 7pm and 8pm in St Anne's Hall.

The consultation is to see how residents would feel about having Controlled Parking Zones in Kew Green and surrounding streets.

The consultation follows consideration of a number of issues across the area, including petitions received by the Council from residents concerning the difficulties they have finding parking near their home due to parking by non-residents - including all day commuters and long stay.

The consultation also takes into account the new residential developments in Brentford and the development of the Brentford Football Club stadium.

Prior to the launch of the consultation there will be an exhibition at 5:45pm followed by a public meeting which starts at 7pm with Council officers and Kew ward councillors, to provide information and canvass views from local residents.
