Around 60 Firefighters and eight fire engines attended a flat fire on Willingham Way in Kingston on December 22.
At the height of the incident emergency services received 16 calls which resulted in servicemen from Wandsworth, Twickenham, Surbiton, Sutton, New Malden and Kingston being deployed to the scene.
They arrived at 10:19am and had spent one hour tackling the blaze which was located on the 13th floor of a 15 storey building.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
