The Mayor of Richmond will be in Hampton to officially turn on the Christmas lights on December 6, from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.

Councillor Nancy Baldwin will be in Hampton Square for the event and residents will be treated to mulled wine and music from Jason Darling, Bob Cox and from Buckingham Primary Schools Junior Choir.

Cllr Nancy Baldwin, Mayor of Richmond, said:“This is a fantastic opportunity for the community and their families to come together and embrace the festive spirit.

"I am thrilled that I will be there to take part in the activities and officially bring in the Christmas season.

"See you all there!”

Younger residents will be able to listen along as they get creatively crafty by making Christmas crowns with Creative Spaces London as well as make Christmas cards and tree decorations with Achieving for Children.
