Ever wanted to live in a burnt-out, suspected former cannabis factory in south east London? Well, now could be your chance.

A three-bedroom terraced house on Ryecroft Road, Hither Green, is on the market for a cool £500,000.

According to estate agent Robinson Jackson, it is "in need of some internal renovation due to a fire in two bedrooms."

A photo of the front of the house shows a boarded-up front bay window and a partially boarded up front door.

Further photos of the filthy house show off an overgrown garden, buckets, litter and empty drinks cans all over the living room and dirt all over the carpets.

In February, News Shopper reported a fire at a house on Ryecroft Road which appears to be the same house in the listing.

The fire, which broke out on the first floor of the property, took just over an hour to put out and four fire crews were called to the scene.

A London Fire Brigade statement read: "Half of the first floor was destroyed by fire. Part of the roof of the property was also damaged in the blaze."

A tweet from LFB Lewisham added: "Crews from Lee Green, Lewisham and Forest Hill quickly put out a fire in a suspected cannabis factory this morning."

When contacted by News Shopper, Robinson Jackson and the landlord of the house did not respond to a request for comment.
