A new headteacher will take the reins at Richmond Park Academy this September.
Ms Nabila Jiwa, an experienced science and psychology teacher, is currently assistant principal at Harris Academy Battersea.
She will succeed Tyrone Myton, who leaves the school at the end of the year along with executive principal Paul-Mundy Castle.
Nabila Jiwa said: “I am incredibly excited to be joining Richmond Park Academy and am looking forward to serving the exceptional staff, students and families.
"The vision and values of the Academy and AET resonate deeply with my own and the opportunity to build on all that has already been achieved is an absolute privilege.”
Ms Jiwa will be working closely with Dr David Moody, Executive Director of AET’s London secondary schools.
From September, Dr Moody will be working as the Executive Director at Richmond Park Academy, spending half the week in school.
