For the third day in a row, people travelling by South Western Railway will be affected by delays and cancellations.
A message posted on the National Rail website said that an operational incident at the Strawberry Hill depot has resulted in some trains becoming trapped.
"As a result, there are fewer trains able to run across the South Western Railway network," it read.
"Although South Western Railway are working to utilise as many trains as they can, disruption is expected to continue until the end of the day.
"More details of specific alterations will be provided as soon as they are known."
Routes affected by the incident include Strawberry Hill, Twickenham, Windsor & Eton Riverside, Shepperton, Raynes Park, Guildford, Hampton Court and London Waterloo.
