An open weekend for the Verdo-Kew Bridge development was held this weekend as developer EcoWorld London opened its new show apartment to visitors for the first time.

Ivy House is the first phase of Verdo-Kew Bridge to be released to the market, offering a collection of 96 homes for purchase. This includes one, two and three bedroom apartments from £399,000 in Brentford.

Part of Brentford’s multi-million-pound regeneration project, a range of shops, cafes, restaurants and landscaped gardens, alongside Brentford Football Club’s new, state-of-the-art football will be introduced with the project.

Tina Dedham, Sales and Marketing Director at EcoWorld London, commented: “I am delighted to be able to bring the first phase of homes at Verdo-Kew Bridge to the market.

“It marks a very exciting milestone for EcoWorld London as we look to define a new era of housing across London and the South East with the exceptional quality of our product combined with our outstanding customer service.

“Being part of one of capital’s most exciting regeneration projects has been hugely rewarding and we look forward to continuing to work with all of local stakeholders and the community to create a vibrant new destination for London.”

The homes will have access to a 24-hour concierge service, a private residents’ lounge, two private gardens, and a gym and multimedia room.

The development sits next to Kew Bridge Rail Station and nearby Gunnersbury Station on the District Line and Overground, allowing access to central London within 30 minutes.
