Surrey Police are investigating the alleged theft of a blue BMW in broad daylight while it was parked on the Broadway in Thames Ditton.
Police say they received reports of a stolen blue BMW 318 estate car allegedly between 2.40pm and 3.15pm on November 30.
Detectives investigating the case have released CCTV of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the theft.
The man is described as white, aged between 25 and 30 years-old, around 5 ft. 8 inches tall, slim, with short black hair, tattoos on his hands and facial hair.
He was last seen wearing black trousers, a blue coat with fur hood and a grey Adidas backpack.
