A Richmond insurance services celebrated Halloween by dressing up for charity.

Kew Insurance Services Ltd, who are based in the heart of Richmond, donned gorgeously ghoulish outfits. Accompanying a dancing skeleton, staff wore colourful masks, freakish wigs, horrendous hats and ghoulish grimaces, to celebrate Halloween.

The £300 raised was in aid of the Poppy Factory, the Vineyard Community and Oxfam.

Kew's Managing Director, Kew Insurance comments: "We are promising our usual spookily spellbinding service, being delivered in an amazing atmosphere, filled with ghouls, ghosts, zombies and spirits to help us stir Kew's bubbling Couldron. Our Couldron will produce price promises, and high quality home cover to delight witches and wizards throughout the country.

We wanted to inject some light into the darkness of Halloween. The Poppy Factory was chosen by our staff as we wanted to honour the memory of the courageous men and women who died for our country in the two World Wars and later conflicts. The Factory is just a few minutes away from our Office, and we hope to have a tour of the Factory next month. We are making a donation to aid the Poppy Factory's "Getting You Back to Work" initiative for veterans with mental and physical health conditions.

"We also wish to support the nearby Vineyard Community Centre, and we gather that this is an excellent time to make a contribution as the Vineyard Community Centre is looking for supplies of winter clothing, especially thermal underwear to protect their guests from the cold, as Winter draws in. Finally, the team wanted to give support to Oxfam due to the heartbreaking Famine in Yemen".

Kew will be donating one hundred pounds to each of the three charities, and plans to donate more to various charities in December of this year.
