Join the mayor to celebrate the start of the mayoral year
Richmond Borough are inviting residents to mark the beginning of the new mayoral year.
The day will be marked by a Service of Thanksgiving at 11:30 am on Sunday, July 8. It will be conducted by Reverend RJ Hopkin Williams at St Mary's Parish Church.
The mayor of Richmond, Cllr Ben Khosa, Cllr Gareth Roberts and Cllr Paul Hodgins will be in attendance amongst others.
Cllr Khosa said: “I hope you are able to join me as I begin my Mayoral year with this special thanksgiving service. A major part of the Mayor’s role is to raise funds for a cause in our borough and show goodwill to those in our community who are less fortunate than ourselves.”
