MISS EILEEN MEACOCK MBE The funeral service for Eileen Meacock, who died aged 85 on 24 April 2018 at Princess Alice Hospice, Esher, will take place at 12.00 on Wednesday 23 May at Mortlake Crematorium, SW14. Miss Meacock was Principal of The Richmond Academy of Dance, which she founded in 1952, and she received an MBE for services to dance in 2011. She will be fondly remembered by many generations of children in Richmond and Twickenham. Family flowers only but donations would be welcomed for either Cancer Research UK or for the local children's hospice Shooting Star Chase.
