The moped rider has been named as Sam Jefferies.
The teenager who died after a crash in Isleworth has been named by police.
Sam Jefferies, who was 18, died at the scene when his moped and a Toyota Yaris crashed.
Police were called to Twickenham Road at about 1.15pm on Thursday, April 26, and Mr Jefferies, from Chiswick, died at 1.59pm.
The driver of the Toyota stopped at the scene and police are appealing for witnesses.
