New homes have gone on sale a stone's throw from the newly opened US Embassy in Nine Elms.

EcoWorld Ballymore has launched the latest phase of homes at Embassy Gardens, which will eventually incorporate nearly 2,000 new homes for Londoners, a shopping centre and a selection of new bars and restaurants. The first phase of the development is already complete and occupied.

Embassy Gardens is also home to the iconic glass-bottomed sky pool – the world’s first “floating” swimming pool. Once complete, residents will be able to swim from one building to another, suspended 10 storeys above ground.

Commenting on the launch of new homes at Embassy Gardens, Dato’ Teow Leong Seng, president and CEO of EcoWorld said: “The opening of the new US Embassy is a real statement that Nine Elms is well and truly open for business. In light of this, we are delighted to be able to launch new homes at Embassy Gardens, giving more people the opportunity to take part in the area’s transformation”.

Prices for the new 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments start from £750,000
