Multiple weather warnings for London have been issued by the Met Office as the capital is set to be besieged by harsh weather.
Starting around 8.30pm tonight (January 17), Londoners will have to be prepared to face strong winds of up to 80mph.
Snow is also arriving in the UK with up to 6cm of snow likely in many places in the country.
However forecasters warned people in the capital that you are more likely to instead get a 3cm layer of slush rather than soft snow.
If you don't see snow, you will at least get heavy rain continuing until around midday the next day and a layer of frost and ice on the roads.
Roads, rail and ferry services will likely be impacted, and there is also the potential for power cuts in the strong winds.
