Tickets are still on offer the latest dinner cruise up the Thames in support of the mayor of Richmond’s charities.
The mayor’s Fish and Chip Cruise will set sail on Wednesday, October 11 from St Helena Pier.
Tickets are £25 per person and include a fish and chip supper, complimentary drink and cruise along the Thames on the Yarmouth Belle.
Passengers will board at St Helena Pier at 6pm, head down the Thames at 6:30pm and return at 10pm.
The event will raise money for Cavernoma Alliance UK, which supports people suffering from the blood disease cerebral cavernomous malformations, Me Too & Co, a local charity supporting children with disabilities, and Off The Record Twickenham, which provides confidential support services to young people.
Richmond’s mayor, Councillor Lisa Blakemore, said: “The Mayor’s Fish and Chip Cruise is always a wonderful event and raises funds for very worthy causes.
“I hope that as many people as possible can come on board for a bit of fun, and tasty food in the name of a good cause.”
