A man has died after being hit by a train at St Margarets station.
London Ambulance Service were called at 7.18pm and sent numerous vehicles to the station, including its hazardous area response team (HART).
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Details of the deceased are yet to be confirmed.
British Transport Police (BTP) and London Fire Brigade also attended the scene.
All trains running between Barnes and Feltham were subject to severe delays and cancellations, with passengers left stranded.
BTP handed the line back to Network Rail at 8.19pm.
