Colin Franklin is wanted by police after not complying with his notification requirements
Richmond police are appealing for help in tracing a homeless man who has failed to comply with his notification requirements.
Colin Franklin, 49, is required to notify police weekly of his whereabouts under the Sexual Offences Act 2003, but he has failed to do so and has gone missing.
Mr Franklin is also wanted for questioning on suspicion of common assault after an incident in Sutton in September.
He was last seen in the Camden area in August and is believed to be homeless, but is known to frequent the Brent and Camden area.
Mr Franklin is black, of slim build and 5ft 11in.
Anyone who has seen Mr Franklin or knows his whereabouts is asked to call DC Toni Benn on 020 8721 5895 or 101.
