A man who assaulted two people at different restaurants in Kew on the same night has been jailed for four months.
Michael Krajcik, 37, of no fixed abode, previously pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman at the Glass House and a man at Ma Bistro Cuisine on September 27.
At Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, October 15, he was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison for the assault at the Glass House because magistrates said it was an alcohol-fuelled and unprovoked attacked on a member of the public and there was no suitable community-based sentence available.
Krajcik was also sentenced to 16 weeks for the second assault, to run concurrently, and another 16 weeks, also to run concurrently, for an assault at Sainsbury's, Churchfield Road, Acton, on October 4.
