Age proved to be no object when it comes to having fun at this year’s Full of Life Fair.
More than 1,500 older people enjoyed a live swing band while celebrity guest Lionel Blair taught tap dancing and dogs from Pets as Therapy greeted people at registration.
Tai chi tasters and knitting and blogging tutorials were also on offer.
Mr Blair said: “Full of Life is a wonderful event, which shows there is lots out there for senior residents in Richmond.
“The key to a healthy life is keep fit and active and keep smiling.”
Lifelong Richmond resident David Merkel, 66, said the fair was the perfect way to make people aware of services on offer.
He said: “I’m looking forward to next year’s event already and so are my friends.”
