Two people were treated for injuries after two cars were involved in a collision in Whitton this morning.
The incident occurred at the junction of Hospital Bridge Road and Percy Road.
London Fire Brigade had to take the roof off one of the cars to release somebody who had become trapped.
London Ambulance Service sent two ambulances after being called at 6.45am and treated two patients.
One person was treated for facial injuries and was taken to West Middlesex Hospital, the other only sustained minor injuries.
The incident meant the road was closed in both directions but it has now re-opened.
Police were also in attendance.
