More than 300 children ran and jumped their way through an annual athletics competition last week.
Hampton School hosted 25 schools from across the borough for the Richmond Primary School Sports Hall Athletics Championships, held over two days from Thursday, January 24.
Pupils from Barnes Primary School came top in the small schools category and made it through to the qualifiers for the London School Games as overall winners.
The large schools winner was St James’ Primary School, in Twickenham.
Chris Jones, sports development manager for Richmond, said: “We’d like to thank Hampton School for hosting yet another fantastic sporting event for our local primary school children.
“This year the level of sportsmanship and friendly competition was excellent and everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves.”
