The ultimate sign for many that the Christmas holidays truly are coming is here as the dates for the Coca-Cola Christmas truck tour 2016 have been revealed.

The fun begins on November 17 when the iconic illuminated truck starts its tour at from Bishops Square in east London.

It will then delight people at 44 locations across the UK before finishing up at Leicester Square on December 20.

Visitors will be able to have their pictures taken with the lorry and Coca-Cola will also give people the chance to win a personal visit from the truck to their home and a Santa sack full of goodies worth £5,000.

The ‘Holidays are Coming’ advert will be on TV again soon, 21 years after it first lit up our screens.

London dates:

  • December 3, 4: The O2, Peninsula Square, Greenwich, 12noon-8pm.
  • December 14: Leyton Mills, Asda superstore, Marshall Road, E10, 1pm-9pm.
  • December 18: London Eye, Southbank, SE1, 1pm-9pm.
