Lulworth Crescent, Mitcham

Not from the vendors: We've loved living in this house. The things that appealed to us four years ago when we moved here still stand: it's in a wonderfully quiet neighbourhood but on the doorstep to shopping and socialising in Wimbledon and Tooting, and convenient for our jobs in central London. The house is warm and the underfloor heating is a treat in the winter. It's great to be able to open up the big kitchen doors and be out in the garden during the summer. It's been such an upgrade for us from the smaller flats we'd rented before!
