"We fell in love with Gipsy Hill when we moved down from North London and found our spot on Gipsy Road. We arrived two months before the first of our two children were born and we have built a wonderful home for our family.

202 has everything we wanted locally - an amazing park literally at our doorstep with many other great options nearby, great shops, pubs and restaurants on the parade (not to mention nearby Dulwich and Crystal Palace) but also we have fantastic neighbours! There is a real local community which is hard to find in London. George works in Central London so the simple and quick commute from Gipsy Hill Station has been wonderful (he was happy to say goodbye to the tube!). Even when working from home in the pandemic we made George an amazing home office which was both private and did not impact on the rest of the house!

As the house is situated within the catchment area of 3 great schools (the Gipsy Hill Federation schools are a real beacon of success in state primary education), we made the extensive renovations to our house in 2020 designed to be a "forever" home. However it was not meant to be, Pip's family now all live in Devon and with several more "little additions" to the wider family, we have taken the big decision to move down too, so our kids can grow up with their increasing number of cousins nearby.
