LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, SECTION 123: DISPOSAL OF LAND BY PRINCIPAL COUNCILS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Merton intends to grant a lease of land and premises known as The Pavilion and which forms part of an open space at Sherwood Park Abbotts Road Mitcham in the London Borough of Merton, for a term of fifteen years to allow the property to be used for the purpose of specialised design activities, educational support services and artistic creation within use Class D1 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987. Plans identifying the property may be inspected during normal office hours at the reception desk of the London Borough of Merton, Civic Centre, London Road, Morden SM4 5DX.
