Temporary Road Closure Claremont Road, Twickenham
(Ref: 18/236)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water valve repair works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Claremont Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place,
(a) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to exit Claremont Road at its junction with Sandycoombe Road;
(b) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Claremont Road, from its junction with Sandycoombe Road south-westwards for a distance of 25 metres.
3. The order will come into effect on 12 November 2018. The restrictions will be in force from 8am on 12 November 2018 until 6pm on 13 November 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Crown Road, Norman Avenue and Sandycoombe Road.
5. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water pipe replacement, they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Crane Way, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Crane Way, Twickenham. The works and suspensions will be carried out on a rolling basis.
3. The Order will come into effect on 14 November 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 14 November 2018 until 11 December 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Elm Bank Gardens, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Elm Bank Gardens, Barnes, between its junction with The Terrace and a point outside No 61 Elm Bank Gardens. The works will be carried out on a rolling basis and the suspensions will be indicted at such times and to such an extent by signs and cones.
3. The Order will come into effect on 12 November 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 12 November 2018 until 30 November 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

Temporary Banned Turn High Street, Hampton Hill/Hampton Road, Hampton Hill

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a valve connection they have made
a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in High Street, Hampton Hill at its junction with Hampton Road, Hampton Hill.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle proceeding in a northerly direction. In High Street, Hampton Hill to turn right into Hampton Road, Hampton Hill.
3. The order will come into effect on 12 November 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 12 November 2018 until 16 November 2018 whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the banned turn will be available via Wellington Road, South Road and Hampton Road.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a service pipe relay works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Stanley Road, Teddington.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Stanley Road, from a point outside No 138 Stanley Road to a point outside No 150 Stanley Road (both sides).

REMEMBRANCE DAY COMMEMORATIONS

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames hereby gives notice that on 5 November they made the above named Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The purpose of the Order is to facilitate the holding of Remembrance Sunday commemorations. The Order will be in force on Sunday 11 November 2018 only.
3. The effects of the Order are that whilst the events are taking place, the restrictions detailed in the Schedule to this Notice shall be in force in the roads specified at the times stated.
4. Nothing in this Order will apply to:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
(b) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
5. The prohibitions or restrictions specified in this notice will apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
