They can be seen, together with the plans, ONLINE at www.richmond.aov.uk/plannina: at the Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ; and at the Libraries indicated. Enquiries can only be dealt with at the Civic Centre. Any representations relating to the application(s) should be made in writing, quoting the application number, to the Development Control Manager at the Civic Centre by 2nd November 2018.
